This is a 3/4 cap tightener for 58mm caps which can be used with tap-caps e.g. 700833. It replaces 800407 58mm cap tightener (which could not be used with tap-caps and has now been discontinued).
58mm end fits caps made by VIP, Alto, ES Plastics and various other manufacturers who use this sized cap.
