Self-Closing non-breather tap with 10mm outlet ID (15mm OD), square lever, long 3/4″ BSP thread for use in rigid containers with a secondary opening. Use a breather tap in single-opening containers to achieve a smooth flow.
Use Snap-Taps with water, other still beverages, oils, detergents. The polypropylene body makes them suitable for use with boiling water as well. The spring-loaded lever is easy to use even one-handed and shuts off completely with no drips or puddles. We can access a wide range of colour, thread and lever combinations. PP body and spigot, TPE plunger and washer/s and stainless steel spring. Food grade with wide chemical compatibility. The Short thread is approximately 9mm long.
Flow rate is approximately 20ml/second (water viscosity).
Short thread versions are 302004 (blue, square lever), 302005 (white, rounded lever) and 302006 (blue, rounded lever).
For a long thread (approx 13mm thread) version of this tap use code 302110 (white, round lever) or 302033 (green, square lever). We also have some Snap Taps with long thread, gasket and back nuts and other configurations so please ask if you need something in particular.
